What to wear on a casual night out.

Choosing the right outfit is also a bit tricky. Unless you are one of those people who knows “their colours” , understands if they suit a collar or a round neck, has the perfect knees for a pleated skirt etc then you are going to struggle. Don’t worry. This is a little guide to what to wear on one of those social gatherings down the pub on a spring/summer autumn evening, Word of advice straight off, it can get chilly at night in the UK and Ireland so go for a nice set of Aran Sweaters, like the ones you can buy from https://www.shamrockgift.com/aran-sweaters, pair of sensible jeans and shoes and you will be ok. Lets see what the world of fashion has to say.

For the lads it’s quite simple. Get yourself a nice jacket or blazer. Not a bomber but a casual suit jacket. Neutral colors and shade then combine it with breton top. You can layer. If you’re not the jeans type of guy then it’s time to invest in some cargo’s if you’re under 35 and some chinos if you are not. Try to avoid trainers, do not wear socks.

With regards to the Ladies, it’s all about chic. Try to avoid the mini dress, it can still get cold when the sun goes down. I would suggest Bo ho. Long floaty skirts or dresses that are very feminine. Chunky’s boots are also all the rage with this look this year. A mini leather jacket with a T-shirt, not spaghetti string, is also a classic winner.
