How to De-Clutter your Wardrobe Ready for the Winter

Autumn is a good time of the year to get your house all up together and in order. One of the main things that can help you to live a more orderly life is an orderly wardrobe. Many of us are guilty of having excessive items of clothing in the wardrobe that we don’t wear or use.

By having a clear out we can make sure that every item in the wardrobe is not only something that we wear, but items that we enjoy wearing and make us feel good about ourselves. As well as this we can identify what items we may need to add to the wardrobe and enjoy adding things like mens designer jeans from somewhere like https://www.ejmenswear.com/

So, let’s get started…

First things first – empty out the wardrobe COMPLETELY. Every item should be assessed – what does it go with? Where would you wear it to? Would you realistically have a reason to wear it? What you need to do is be strict and not sentimental. Of course, many people keep their wedding dress, but that T Shirt from that night out five years ago that is stained and out of fashion now? You don’t need to hold on to things like that!

Once you have done this, everything that you put back into the wardrobe should have a reason to be there. Keep it organised into neat sections – all tops together in one place and bottoms in another for example. Then sit back and enjoy the stress-free feeling of getting dressed every day!
