The Search for Nessie

Loch Ness contains more water than the combined total of all the lakes in England, Wales and Scotland. It’s deep, yes! The surface area is 14000 acres, and it holds 263 millions cubic feet of water. It could house the entire world’s population ten times over. The figures are astounding, but when you think about it being 22.5 miles in length, between one and 1.5 miles wide, and 754 feet high – there is a lot of space for a little monster.

Since 1933, the chance to see ‘Nessie” has attracted people from all over the world. You could win the William Hill Award for the best Nessie picture if you want to go to the Loch and stake out the area. You will need a thermal camera, a digital camera and a video camera. Warm clothing is also required like fisherman sweaters for men from a site like https://www.shamrockgift.com/aran-sweaters/mens-aran-sweaters/

A whiskey warehouse worker was taking pictures of nature when he made one of the most impressive sightings. The man did not know what he caught until he looked at the photos back home. The photo shows a silver two-yard long creature, with its head bobbing above the water. Its tail is flapping about one yard behind the head. The photo matches the description of the elusive creature, which is widely believed to be a serpent-like long animal. From 1933, stories have described a limbless creature. In 2001, two fishermen spotted what they believed to be a dark long-necked shape with its head sticking above the water.
